First edition, limited issue, large quarto; number 357 of 390 copies numbered and signed by Hornby, with the errata and additional errata slips as well as "A Farewell Notice to the Subscribers" laid in; printed in black, red and blue; illustrated with tipped-in specimen leaves, hand-colored initials by Graily Hewitt, and collotype and photogravure plates by Emery Walker; bound in the original polished calf gilt-stamped with a variant printer's mark, spine gilt-lettered, top edge gilt, others edges uncut; housed in publisher's marbled slipcase (minor areas of scuffing to boards); 13 x 9 in.
